Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before registering an account on bd881 or using any of the services, games, or features available at bd881.io ("the Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bd881 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). 04 Account Registration & Verification

• Transaction Fees: bd881 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers such as bKash or Nagad may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bd881's control.
• Currency: All balances are displayed and settled in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to transactions made via domestic payment methods.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

07 Game Rules & Sports Betting

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd881 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in real-time during live casino sessions.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error are not withdrawable and will be voided.
• Using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of terrorist activities.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

bd881 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any Balance held therein, in the following circumstances:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• bd881 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity theft, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• The Account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
• The Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• bd881 is required to take action by a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement authority.
• The Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months. In such cases, bd881 will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered email address prior to closure.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting bd881 support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days. Bonus Funds will not be returned upon voluntary closure.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bd881 Platform — including but not limited to the bd881 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of bd881 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, translate, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bd881.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is made available to players under licence. 11 Limitation of Liability
